Hwa-Rang

is named after the Hwa-Rang youth group which originated in Silla about 1350 years ago. This group eventually became the actual driving force for the three kingdoms of Korea.

  21. Pivot to L-stance right middle punch
  22. Move right foot forward into L-stance left middle punch

  25. Left foot step forward, right foot ½ turn left into L-stance double rear elbow strike KI-HAP
  26. Bring left foot to right turning CW feet together while turning ½ turn, right forearm block high & left forearm block low
  27. (Hold position) left forearm block high & right forearm block low
  28. Left foot step to left L-stance, sudomoke
  29. Left foot to right foot, ½ turn right step out intot L-stance, sudomoke
